You text Eugene what you're planning and who's involved. It keeps a live page — who's in, what's agreed, what's open — and shares it with each person by text. When they reply with an answer, Eugene logs it, works out what fits everyone, and tells you what changed. You stay the organizer; Eugene does the herding.
Do the other people need Eugene or an app?
No. They get a normal text with their own link to the live page, and they reply by normal text. No install, no signup, no account. That's the whole point — it works with whoever's in your group chat today.

Who can see the plan?
